1. Specification: agree size, holes, shade, thickness and quantity.
2. Sample approval: take samples to your QA team or buyer.
3. Quote: price and lead time confirmed in writing.
4. Production: cutting, drilling, polishing, shade-sorting and packing at our unit.
5. Delivery: by courier or transport to your factory, with a GST invoice.

What a typical visit looks like

Most visits take thirty to forty-five minutes. You arrive with your trim card and fabric swatch, we lay out the relevant sizes and shades, you compare them against the fabric in daylight, and we note your preferences on a short specification sheet.
