Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it has been shipped.
How to Cancel:
- Contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email with your order number.
- Provide your order details for verification.
- Cancellation confirmation will be sent to you.
⚠️ Important: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but can still be returned under the policy below once delivered.
Refunds
For Prepaid Orders (Online Payments)
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment gateway.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days from cancellation or return approval.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders (legacy — COD is not currently offered)
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
- You will need to provide your bank account details or UPI ID.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days from return approval.

Returns & Exchanges
Retail Orders Return Policy:
- Return window: 7 days from delivery date.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Contact us to initiate a return — we'll guide you through the process.
- Return shipping charges may apply (unless the return is due to our error).
⚠️ Important: Because natural shell varies piece to piece in colour and grain, minor natural variation is not a defect and is not eligible for return on that basis alone.
Wholesale, Bulk & Custom Orders
Final Sale — These orders are produced or reserved specifically against your specification and are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.
