Terms & Conditions

• You must be 18 or older, or use the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• Give accurate name, phone, email and address details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password safe.
• Do not misuse the Services: no unlawful use, scraping, attempts to break security, interference with the service, or placing orders with false details.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or are used for fraud.

Checkout creates an account for you automatically from your order details. New accounts start with a default password, so please change it from Account → Edit Profile after your first order. You can delete your account at any time — see Delete Account.

Our buttons and jewellery are made from genuine natural shell. Each piece differs in colour, iridescence, grain and small natural markings; photographs are indicative and screens show colours differently. These natural variations are not defects. Product descriptions, sizes (ligne/mm) and prices are given in good faith; if we find an error we may correct it or cancel the affected order with a full refund.

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated; for export quotes the currency (USD/EUR) is stated in the quote.
• Retail orders are prepaid online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). Cash on Delivery is not offered at present. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• An order is accepted when payment succeeds and we confirm it. Coupons and free-shipping offers apply only as described in the offer and cannot be combined unless stated.
• Wholesale and export orders: price, minimum order quantity, payment terms (advance/part/credit) and lead time are agreed in a written quote or proforma invoice; international freight, duties and taxes are charged separately.

• We ship across India and, on quote, internationally. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
• Delivery dates are estimates; courier delays outside our control do not make us liable for loss of business or consequential loss.
• Risk passes to you on delivery. Please check the parcel on receipt and tell us within 48 hours of any transit damage, with photos.

Retail orders can be cancelled before dispatch and returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging, as set out in our Cancellation, Refund & Returns Policy. Refunds go to the original payment method, normally within 5–7 business days. Wholesale, bulk and custom orders are final sale once confirmed, because they are produced or reserved to your specification.

The MyPearlCraft name, logo, product photographs, designs, text and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without written permission. Reference images you send us remain yours; you allow us to use them to prepare your quote or order.

Custom designs, sizes and colours need your written approval of a sample or specification before production. Once approved, production starts and the order cannot be cancelled or changed. Quantity variance of a small percentage is normal in handcrafted production, and shell colour can vary between batches.

The Services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded.

Payments are processed by Razorpay and deliveries are made by independent couriers. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their systems or acts, although we will help you resolve any problem with an order.

We may update these Terms or the Services from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Orders already placed stay under the Terms in force when you placed them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first at info@mypearlcraft.com — most issues are resolved quickly. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
