What is the minimum export order?
Typically 500 to 1,000 pieces per button size; the exact minimum is confirmed in your quote. Sample packs can be arranged for serious buyers before a bulk order.
Is shipping included in the price?
No. Button prices are quoted in USD and freight is charged separately per shipment, based on weight, destination and the Incoterm you choose (EXW, FOB or CIF). Import duties and taxes in Kuwait are paid by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
How are export orders shipped?
Samples and small lots go by international courier; larger orders by courier, air or sea freight depending on weight and urgency. Route and timeline are confirmed per shipment.
How do I pay?
Payment terms and method are confirmed on the proforma invoice issued with your quote. Bulk orders are produced after the agreed advance is received.
Can you make custom sizes or finishes for my brand?
Yes, on bulk orders: custom diameters (14L–36L and beyond), thickness, hole count and finish, subject to feasibility. Share a reference sample or specification.
