Are the shell buttons natural?
Yes — every button starts as a genuine shell (trocas, river shell, mother of pearl or cowrie). We cut, polish and finish them in-house, but we never use resin or plastic imitations, so color and grain vary slightly piece to piece.
What sizes are available?
Buttons are available from 14L to 36L (roughly 9mm–23mm), and beads/earrings in the sizes listed on each product page. Custom sizing is available for bulk/wholesale orders.
Can I order wholesale quantities?
Yes. We regularly supply garment manufacturers and jewellery workshops across Delhi NCR, as well as exporters. Use the Wholesale Enquiry form to get a quote.
Do you provide custom sizes?
Yes, custom sizes, shapes, hole counts and finishes are available on bulk orders. Share your specification through the wholesale enquiry form and our team will confirm feasibility and lead time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship pan-India and export internationally for wholesale/bulk orders. Retail orders currently ship within India; contact us for export quotes.
What is the minimum wholesale order?
Minimum order quantity varies by product — typically 500–1000 pieces for buttons and 50 pieces for earrings/jewellery. Exact MOQs are shown on each product page.
Can I request samples?
Yes, sample sets are available for serious wholesale enquiries. Mention it in your enquiry message and our team will share pricing for a sample pack.
How long does shipping take?
Retail orders within Delhi NCR ship in 2-4 business days; rest of India in 4-7 business days. Wholesale/export timelines depend on order size and are confirmed at the time of quote.
